Ways For Members To Sign Up
Let us Handle the Marketing For You:
Dynamic Benchmarking has created a portal that allows you to upload your member contact information directly to their system. Dynamic Benchmarking will only use this information to market the benchmarking platform to your members, eliminating the need for your organization to create marketing campaigns around the benchmarking platform. Your members' contact information will never be used or shared with anyone and will simply replace the time you have to spend marketing this member benefit. By utilizing this method, Dynamic Benchmarking is able to target members based on participation eliminating blast campaigns that would normally be sent to all members through your marketing portals.
Your Organization Handles the Marketing:
If you would like to handle the marketing to your members, we've created a streamlined method for your members to sign up to participate in the benchmarking platform. You can use this link in your email communications to market the signup page to your members. Once members have signed up to participate, they will be able to enter data through our secure portal. With this method your organization will continue to market the benchmarking platform to members to encourage them to sign up for this important study that has proven to be a crucial member benefit and highly requested data from your organization.
Suggested Email Schedule & Copy
If you choose Option 1 above, then Dynamic Benchmarking will handle the marketing for your organization based on the below schedule and through email targeting that sends emails to members based on their completion rate, eliminating members receiving emails once they have completed the study.
If you choose Option 2 above, then we also recommend that you follow an email schedule and send reminder emails through your marketing portal. We have also suggested an email timeline in the email schedule for Option 2 with some suggested copy.
We understand that sending sample reports of what members will receive from entering their data can entice them to participate. Thus, we've compiled some sample charts to use in your promotions if you so choose.
Data Entry & Reporting Made Easy
Members will have the option to enter all their data at once or in phases. The Dynamic Benchmarking portal allows members to save data as they go and does not require that all data be entered in one sitting. Members who've signed up for the portal or been registered via their SAE's contact list, will receive emails that allow them direct access to the portal, eliminating the need to re-login. ALSO, new this year, those that participate will receive reports directly to their inbox again eliminating the need to enter credentials to view data.
